Serving Pueblo’s underserved. Pueblo Community Health Center began providing primary health care services to Pueblo’s underserved population in 1983 and, in 2000, expanded to provide basic dental services for pediatric and adolescent patients and limited dental services to adults. PCHC currently operates in twelve locations in Pueblo and Huerfano Counties. In the most recent calendar year, PCHC served 23,669 patients, provided 94,000 medical visits and 9,211 dental visits.
