Serving the LGBT Community. Fenway Health’s (FCHC)'s mission is to enhance the wellbeing of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and all people in their neighborhoods through access to the highest quality health care, education, research and advocacy. FCHC provides primary care, behavioral health care, dental care, eye care, and women’s health services. Residents will work in the Department of Dentistry’s state-of-the-art facility utilizing the latest technologies in patient care and treatment. Services are provided to patients of all ages and include comprehensive exams and oral cancer screening/evaluation, digitalized x-rays, cleanings and check-ups, and amalgam and composite (tooth-colored) fillings. Other services include esthetic consultations and tooth-whitening procedures, veneers, crowns and bridges, complete and partial removable prosthetics (dentures), non-complicated root canals and tooth extractions. There are six dental faculty mentors and five dental hygienists on staff.
